The elegant ambience of this quietly sophisticated venue is relaxing and
understated with dark woods and rich linens in the colours of an African
sunset. A variety of seating options make The Lihawu the perfect
entertaining venue for any number of events, from business dining to a
romantic evening out!

Featuring Classic African Fusion cuisine, the menu is innovative &
imaginative! The trade routes throughout Africa brought unique flavour and
nuance to the continent, opening the doors to a host of culinary
explorations. The Lihawu Restaurant has revisited this concept and created a
menu blending fresh, exciting spice with the great classic dishes of Africa.

Not just renowned for outstanding food, The Lihawu boasts the best wine
cellar in the country. The Sivuno Wine Cellar stocks over 1,000 excellent
wines from all over the world. Well versed in the art of fine dining, the
Lihawu restaurant staff will be delighted to assist you with pairing an
exceptional bottle of wine with your meal.

The restaurant can seat up to 130 people with smoking and non smoking
sections, a private dining room & a gorgeous open door wooden deck facing
the swimming pool. The Lihawu fire side lounge is an ideal spot to relax in
a delicious warm ambience while waiting for your party or before or after a
meal.

After dinner, adjourn to the Ensangweni Whiskey & Cigar Bar for the perfect
end to your dining experience. A comfortable, intimate lounge, The
Ensangweni stocks a wide variety of the finest spirits and cigars to be
enjoyed inside or on the deck facing the dramatically beautiful mountains of
Mlilwane Nature Reserve.

The last Sunday of every month features a pool side BBQ Spit-Braai with
various cuisine themes featured. A fabulous family event!

We serve vegetarian and halaal as well.

The Lihawu is open 7 days a week;
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00;
Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 23:00.
