Our head chef, Anri Diener has been cooking up a storm at Majeka House since November 2009. She has gained a lot of experience whilst working at some of the finest restaurants in Winelands. Anri and her team's culinary efforts are sure to delight your palate. Anri has just come back from France where she was cooking for 4 weeks in one of the top 3* Michelin restaurants in Burgundy.

Anri says the cuisine mirrors the origins of Majeka House's owners, Lloyd van der Merwe and Karine Dequeker-van der Merwe - South African food prepared in the French style of cooking. Our love of good food and wine is reflected in our restaurant at Majeka House where our superb chef constantly creates a new mouthwatering dish. Our restaurant at Majeka is open for breakfast, light lunch and dinner.

Dine A la Carte or treat yourself to our Tasting Menu with outstanding selected Wine pairing. At Majeka House Restaurant, menus change with the seasons and the different fresh produce available.

During our chilly winter evenings the relaxed ambience of our restaurant with its roaring fire or sitting outside on the terrace on a warm summer evening with the smell of roses and jasmine in the air - will most definitely assist in making your stay with us a memorable experience.
