Riverstill  is nestled in a deep and secluded valley about 6 km from the hamlet of Groot Marico. There are 4 guest cottages on the farm, each with privacy in mind. The cottages date back from the first half of the last century and give one a good idea of how folks lived in those days. The biggest cottage can accommodate 7 persons and the smallest is equipped for 2 persons. All cottages have fireplaces for the winter months and verandas outside. Riverstill is a self catering establishment with a central lapa for the use of bigger groups.

The farm is run organically and with nature in mind. The Marico River runs through the farm and is definitely the biggest draw card with canoes on the water and a nifty swing. Riverstill boasts an 85 % return of guests and co hosts the annual HC Bosman festival. There is a labyrinth to be walked, trails to be hiked; fishing in the river and the stargazing is awesome at night. Guests are welcome to pick from the herb gardens that grow around the main house to spice up their salads and to sample the fierce locally distilled mampoer.

Please supply your own fire wood and bring own towels. (we will supply towels for overseas guests or as needed)

There is lovely little restaurant in town, Marico Memoirs, please book ahead of time. Visit the Marico information centre and also the Bosman living museum while you are in town.

River Cottage:
Is a two bedroomed cottage with a warm cosy atmosphere. All modern amenities are provided.

Caspir's Kaya:
Is an old stone and mud brick cottage, lovingly restored to retain the very specific character of the area. All modern amenities are provided.

• Lounge & dining room
• Fireplace
• Two bedrooms (one room with double bed and one room with 2 single beds)
• Each room has an en suite bathroom with shower
• Fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, 2 plate gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, and toaster.
• Stoep

David's Cottage:
Is a one bedroom cottage with reed ceilings creating and a warm and cosy atmosphere. All modern amenities are provided.

• One bedroom with double bed
• Bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, 2 plate gas stove, kettle, and toaster.
• Braai area
• Stoe
• Close to the river

Stroh Hose:
Accommodation is provided in an old stone and mud brick cottage, lovingly restored to retain the very specific character of the area. All modern amenities are provided.
