Thompson's Bay is situated on the Dolphin Coast, between Ballito and Shaka's
Rock, KwaZulu Natal. This tastefully decorated luxury 4 bedroom apartment is
your ideal getaway holiday destination. Roche-Noir is a luxury development
comprising of 5 units overlooking the Indian Ocean and offers stunning,
panoramic sea-views perfect for watching the sunrise and within walking distance
to the bathing beach.
Our apartment is on the ground floor, with a large lawned area and private large
swimming pool, with direct access to the main shark netted bathing beach. The
unit has an alarm which is linked to a 24hour armed response company, ADT, as
well as an intercom system and electronic gates.
The unit sleeps 8 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms. ALL 4 bedrooms are en-suite.
There are 2 main bedrooms one with a queen size bed and one with a king size
bed. Both main bedrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi baths and double showers. The
other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The
bedrooms are spacious and all linen supplied, including bathroom towels. Beach
towels are not supplied.
The rest of the accommodation is open-plan with fully-fitted kitchen, lounge and
dining areas. Step out of the lounge, main or 2nd bedrooms directly onto the
huge patio. While relaxing on recliners, catching a tan or enjoying an outdoor
meal, your view of the ocean may include dolphins at play or whales passing by.
The kitchen is fitted with oven and hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer,
kettle, toaster and percolator. Crockery, cutlery, table linen, automatic
washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal. A portable braai and a
Weber kettle are also available.
To ensure the safety of your vehicles, the unit has 2 double lockup garages and
ample secure undercover parking for boats, jet skis, trailers etc. When you
arrive, you can drive in, close and lock the electronic gate behind you and then
unload in complete safety. There is access directly from the garage/undercover
parking into the unit.
In the separate TV lounge you will find CD player, TV, DVD Player and PVR
Satellite Decoder with a card.

access to main swimming beach at Thompson's Bay offering:
