We are situated in the Main Street of Clarens, within walking distance of most of the good restaurants, art galleries, shops etc, and are surrounded by beautiful sandstone mountains. We have 4 en suite rooms - all with separate entrances, opening on to a lovely garden with mountain views. All the rooms have electric blankets, television, heaters, and tea-trays, Rooms have original paintings, Persian carpets and percale linen.

Relax in the bomas and enjoy the available barbeque facilities.

No. 1 has 2 3/4 beds with a single room leading off it. The bathroom consists of a bath with a hand-shower.

No. 2 consists of 2 single beds which can be converted to a double bed - the bathroom consists of a bath and a separate shower.

No. 3 has a queensize bed with en suite shower.

Lavender Cottage has a queensize (extra length) bed with an en suite shower.

It also has a fridge, microwave and sink.

From Rosewood Corner one can take a number of hikes.

Golden Gate Nature Reserve is about 17 kms from Clarens.

There are a number of game farms in the area - game-viewing trips can be arranged.

River-rafting, 4x4 trails, fly-fishing, a brand new 18 hole golf course, horse-riding are just some of the popular activities available to visitors.

There are a number of bushman paintings in the area.

The history of Clarens is very interesting and there are sites to visit like "Surrender Hill,' where the Boers surrendered to the British.

Clarens is famous for its Art Galleries and a number of well-known artists live in the town.

We are close to the Lesotho border, less than 2 hours from the famous Afri-ski resort.
