Royal Villas offers luxury accommodation in exclusive suites as well as the
option of booking an entire Villa. A Villa consists of a King Suite, Queen
Suite, Standard Queen Room and a Twin Room. Each Villa has a large well
appointed lounge with fireplace, an outside seating area and a private dining
room.
The bedrooms feature air-conditioning, crisp linen, hotel bouquet channels, room
service, laundry and dry cleaning facilities, direct dial telephone and wireless
internet. The King and Queen suites also feature mini bars and digital safes.
There are a total of 56 rooms which are found in 14 Villas. The rooms are
spacious and designed to make the most of the exquisite African sunlight and
views of the surrounding mountains. It is the perfect environment for privacy,
incentive groups and smaller executive getaways. The versatile property can be
adapted to satisfy the needs of almost any guest requirement.
The Exclusive Sultan Suite
The Hotel features the Luxurious and Exclusive Sultan Suite which is the first
of its kind in Swaziland. The Sultan Suite features a Private dining room, 2
lounges, a spacious bedroom with a King size bed made up with pure Egyptian
cotton sheets, a Private fully stocked bar, Steam room, Jacuzzi, Dressing room,
a Private Study and a Land-scaped garden.

Mdzimba Conference Facilities
The Mdzimba Conference centre provides for a wide variety of functions catering
for up to 250 people. It is fully equipped with wall to wall carpeting,
air-conditioning, PA System, portable dance floor and stage, independent
lighting controls and a state of the art Audio Visual System in both Conference
rooms. Breakaway, State of the art boardroom and an outdoor patio with a
stunning view complete this exceptional facility.
The Royal Villas is conveniently located in the Tourism hub of the Ezulwini
valley with close access to a Golf Course, Wellness Centre, Kids Camp and
Casino.

The Royal Villas Hotel features The Lihawu Restaurant which offers an ambience
of Contemporary Africa with an exquisite Pan-African cuisine. The outstanding &
imaginative menu incorporates a fusion between ethnic and contemporary African
dishes from across the continent. Lihawu also features the Endzaweni private
dining room and a Boardroom facility which is available for more intimate
gatherings and business functions.
Sivuno Wine Cellar
The Lihawu features the Sivuno Wine Cellar, an exceptional cellar which features
a diverse selection of up to1000 bottles of superior wines and rare vintages. It
also features the Ensangweni Whisky & Cigar Lounge with a private balcony.
