Sancta Maria 33 is a modern, comfortable and secure two bedroom apartment
situated in the holiday town of Winklespruit on the fabulous South Coast.
Winkelspruit Beach is within 500m walking distance and has a tidal pool and
visitors will find excellent surfing conditions, surf angling and lagoon bathing
and boating. The complex has a controlled access swimming pool and dedicated
parking.
The spacious main bed room offers, a queen-sized sledge bed, built-in cupboards
and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds,
built-in cupboards and a bathroom with shower. In total the unit can accommodate
up to five people.
The fully fitted kitchen is open plan and equipped with an oven/hob,
fridge/freezer and microwave.
The tastefully decorated Lounge has a modern leather day bed, sleeper couch, LCD
television and decoder. A patio door opens from the Lounge onto a covered braai
area.
