72 Sancta Maria is a newly build luxurious THREE bedroom apartment on the
ground floor with 180 degree unspoiled beach and breaker views. It is situated
on the beautiful beach of Winklespruit, just 30 min south of Durban and 20 min
from Durban International Airport.
The main bedroom offers a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and
shower. The main bedroom has a full beach and breaker view. The covered patio
has an exceptional sea view from where dolphins and whales are often sighted.
The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunker bed .
The second bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
The kitchen is open plan and equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer and a
washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted to make your stay as comfortable as
possible.
The tastefully decorated lounge has lovely ocean views and is equipped with a
plasma television and decoder. A patio door opens from the lounge onto a patio.
Relax on the patio and enjoy the beach and breaker views whilst preparing your
meal on a charcoal braai.
The secure complex offers controlled access, swimming pool and direct beach
access, and a dedicated parking bay no. 137.
The main swimming beach has lifeguards on duty, and is 500m from the apartment,
and the shopping centre is 1km from the apartment.

Umkomaas, Umdoni, Scottburg and Selbourne Golf Course.

Illovo nursery is just minutes away, and worth a visit.
