accessible to small children, and people with walking disabilities. Main bedroom
with a double bed, dressing table and build in cupboards. This room also offers
a view of the ocean and the main beach. 2nd Bedroom with 2 bunker beds (4 beds),
each big enough to sleep an adult, and build in cupboards. 1 Bathroom with bath,
basin and toilet. 1 Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Open plan kitchen,
dining and livingroom area all overlooking the ocean. TV unit with DVD player
and surround sound offers normal SABC channels, and a DSTV decoder. (Occupants
to bring Their Own DStv Card from home). The unit is fully furnished however
occupants are to bring their own towels. This unit is equipped to cater for
Maximum 6 People Only. One lock-up garage. Parking space for Venter trailers and
visitors to the complex. Security gate and electric fencing secures the complex.
A "Fish on Sea" restaurant and small cafe on main beach. Baby pool as well as
Tidal Pool on main beach. Approximately 1 km from Shelly Mall and smaller
shopping centers. Shelly beach also offers a "jetty" for boats and various sea
