Villa 2815,San Lameer, is a privately owned unit which promises the visitor
a holiday in paradise, for young and old alike. From the beauty of the
indigenous bush, wildlife and magnificent golf course, to the wealth of sporting

The villa is well positioned within walking distance of all amenities offered by
San Lameer, including the beach.
The 6-sleeper unit is allowed to sleep 8 people, and offers the following
facilities :
- Main bedroom en suite with two beds (which can be used separately or
together) looking out onto private garden.
- Second and third bedrooms on lower garden level, each with two beds.
- Main bathroom with bath, shower facility, vanity basin and toilet.
- Second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
- Dining room and kitchen on middle level.
- Lounge and patio with extended deck and Weber braai on upper level.
- Fully equipped with linen and towels (excluding beach towels)
- Satellite reception (bring your DStv card) and DVD player.
- Microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
- Air conditioning
- Golf membership allowing one person to play at member's rates.
- Daily maid service and optional babysitting.
- Excellent 24 hour security is maintained at all times throughout the
Estate.
The San Lameer Estate boasts a magnificent 18 hole golf course which is also
a wonderful place for walks. Family sporting facilities abound, and include the
9-hole mashie course, bowling green, lagoon sports, 2 swimming pools, 4 tennis
courts and 3 squash courts. A restaurant serving full meals as well as light
lunches around the pool, and a Superette, is available on the Estate. The
library is excellently stocked with books and DVDS, open daily, and well worth a
visit
The long San Lameer beach is one of four Blue Flag beaches on the South Coast.
The beach is protected by lifeguards, and facilities there include modern San
Lameer showers and toilets at the beach gate, a large tidal pool and popular
seafood restaurant, as well as a "Beach Bite" cafe at the San Lameer beach
entrance.
Avis car rental has a drop off and collection service to San Lameer. Margate
Airport is 15 min away and is serviced daily by SA Express. Durban International
is an hour and fifteen minutes drive away.
When exploring the surrounding areas, a number of favourites come to mind :
- Riverbend Crocodile Farm and Snake Park and the Waffle House for the
kids.
- Beavers Creek Coffee Farm and coffee shop for the folks.
- Mac Banana for home made preserves and food, and restaurant
- Shelly Beach shopping Centre where you will find all you need.
