Sanvilla is a cosy cottage with a spacious feel having a double volume design/ layout. Lots of timber has been utilized - all the openings have railway sleeper lintels, kitchen counters/ tops in reclaimed teak, staircase and balustrade stained to match these. There is a large fireplace where you can braai or relax with friends and your favourite wine especially in our winter months.

It is situated close to the beach, in fact a mere 55m and accessed by a public footpath - just a step from the entertainment area of the property.

For braaing outside on the entertainment area a Weber/ Barbecue is available.

Interior detail's:

• Open plan kitchen with 4 burner gas hob complete with built in electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery/ crockery.
• Lounge has comfortable seating, a cottage dinning table and 4 chairs, TV and basic SABC channels utilizing the DSTV system, so bring your own smartcard to view your favourite programs.
• The upstairs open plan loft area has sleep arrangements for 4 people (2 single bed and a double futon).
• The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and optional entrance to the veranda - nice during the summer.
• The bathroom has a shower and bath combination, hand basin and toilet.
• All bedding and toweling is provided but excluding beach towel.

There are many activities to partake in - to name a few:

• All you non motorized water sports; please note unsafe area are signposted.
• Fishing, musseling and crayfish can be purchased from the fisherman.
• Kilometres of beach for hiking.
• Bird watching in abundance.
• Nature walks to Tietiesbay especially in flower season August to September.
• Visit Cape Columbine Lighthouse (Small fee to the top)

• Fossil Park
• Langebaan and Mikinos.
• West Coast National Park.
• Veldrif and Berg River estuary (Good fishing)
• Verorenvlei (carp fishing)
