and two fold down double sleeper couches and is situated right on the promenade overlooking 'Toti beach. It is on the third floor and there is a lift in the building. The flat sleeps 4, preferably two adults and two children. The main room can be divided into two by means of vertical blinds. SABC 1, 2, 3 and e-TV is provided. it has a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen is provided but you need to bring your own towels. Servicing can be arranged at an extra cost. There is secure parking for one car in the complex. Pets not allowed.
The flat is within easy walking distance to the beach (100 meters), restaurants, shops, Waterworld, boating on the laggon, and 'Toti
Entertainment centre. It is 30 minutes from King Shaka International Airport and 20 minutes from Durban itself.
