Sea View Villa is a 3 bedroom all en-suite double storey house. All bathrooms
have a shower and a bath. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children
(under 12 yrs on a sleeper couch), 2 rooms have double beds, one room
with 2 single beds and 2 sleeper couches in the upstairs lounge area. All rooms
have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The lounge/TV area has a six
seater lounge suite with coffee table, TV and DSTV (if you have the new smaller
DSTV decoder, please can you bring it with you to Sea View Villa along with the
smartcard, if you have the old decoder with the old smartcard you will require
to bring the smartcard only). There is a free daily maids service from 9am -
4pm.
The lounge opens up onto a patio where there is a 8 seater patio set and built
in braai.
Sea View Villa is 50m from the beach, 1km from the main beach. There are
excellent sea views from the patio. Own garden, swimming pool with a pool net,
security beams, armed response alarm and lock up parking.
Please note: Strictly No loud music or excessive noise after 10pm, as the house
is situated in a sensitive residential area. Thank you for your co-operation in
this matter.
