Shipshape is located on one of South Africa's premier golf estates, Prince's
Grant. This secure estate is located on the Dolphin Coast overlooking the Indian
Ocean, just 45 minutes north of Durban and 25 minutes from the new King Shaka
International Airport. This 3 bedroom house comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The house is located in a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by coastal forest, with
only the gentle sound of the ocean and melodious birdsong to break the silence.
Accommodation :
The 2 story house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and one
with 2 single beds.
There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed.
Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with walk-in showers only, basin
and toilet.
The 3 bedrooms have overhead fans.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area are situated downstairs with fully
opening glass doors onto the covered veranda with wooden deck overlooking the
forest. This veranda has a hardwood el fresco dining table and 6 chairs with
traditional barbeque facility.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge/freezer, hob, oven,
microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
The hardwood dining room table can seat 6 to 8 people.
DSTV and DVD are available.
A bunk bed suitable for 2 children is located in a side alcove off the lounge.
There is a carport and a lockup garage.
The house is serviced weekly, and arrangements can be made for daily service, at
additional cost.
Beach towels and DSTV smart card are not provided.
Prince's Golf Estate has state of art security and is in a malaria free region.
Besides golf, there are a variety of sport and nature activities, Bar and
Restaurant available, which can be viewed at Prince's Grant Golf Estate's web
site.
Other attractions in the nearby area include Ballito town, Gateway Shopping
Centre at Umhlanga, Sibaya Casino, and Durban's Ushaka Marine World.
Hluhluwe / Umfolozi / Phinda & Mkuzi Games Reserves and the St Lucia Wetland
Heritage Site are about 2 hours drive to the north
