Ilanga 7 is a luxury, modern apartment situated within Simbithi Eco-Estate in Ballito, a total secure estate, ideal for the perfect holiday in a sub tropical climate of KwaZulu-Natal.
It is 20 minutes north of Durban, 500m from N2 highway, only 65km from
Durban International Airport, 40km from Gateway Centre and 650km from Johannesburg (5.5 hours drive).
Ilanga is a very private and spacious residence which offers a panoramic view of the ocean out of every window - this is overwhelming.
Comfortable accommodation to relax to the most. Four bedrooms (3 double & 1 with 2 single beds) and 3,5 bathrooms.
All rooms with patiodoors on spacious patio overlooked the breathtaking ocean. All linen are provided.
Bring only your own towels.
Modern stainless steel kitchen fully equipped with micro-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, sandwich toaster and hot tray. Breakfast nook for family gatherings around the kitchen. The house is fully air-conditioned. Double garage. The designer swimmingpool on the deck is a talking point. Also big deck to braai outside. Weber is available. DVD player and MP3 music and LCD flatscreen TV in the lounge.
You will also have access to Simbithi's 18-hole Peter Matkovich golf course (nearly finished), equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools, restaurant, dams and abundant wildlife.
