STELLENBOSCH HIDE-AWAY (sleeps max 8)
is a newly built double storey house in a security complex. The first floor
contains three double rooms and one single room. Two bedrooms are on-suite, the
third and fourth bedroom share a separate bathroom. The first floor offers a
central coffee-serving area - like a small kitchenette. The ground floor is open
plan with a lounge, dining room, guest toilet and full kitchen (hob, under
counter oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.) and scullery. It has a
covered Verandah at the back with a built in Barbecue/Braai area with private
garden (fully walled). The house is partially air conditioned with under floor
heating. There is a TV with M-Net and separate HI-FI and radio in main bedroom.
There is also a lock-up garage with direct entrance to the house. The house is
serviced once a week. (Additional service can be arranged on request.)
The Estate sits on the northern fringe of Stellenbosch with the Simonsberg
mountain at its backdrop. The estate is situated on the R44, 3 km. from
Stellenbosch. Apart from all the wine estates of Stellenbosch, Paarl and
Franschoek it is a mere 30 min. from Cape Town International Airport and the
well known V & A Waterfront.
