A lovely, cosy double story house, sleeps 8. Consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a kitchen, stoep with built in braai. 2 of the bathrooms have a shower and one a bath. The property closes of from the street with a gate and parking is secure in the back yard. The holiday house is within walking distance of the town centre (shops and businesses), as well as walking distance from the river and riverside beach.

3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed, ensuite and 1 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), separate bathroom. All bedrooms have built in cupboards. All bedding and bath towels are provided, please bring own beach towels. The kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a stove, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, ice machine, frying pans, pots, cutlery etc. There are 2 televisions, with DSTV (bring own smart card) and a DVD player. Smoking must please be done outside. No pets.

The main swimming area is only 500m from the house. Water sports are allowed on the river.

• The town has great historical value and there are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops.
