balcony, overlooking mountains on the left and right, with Hout Bay and its
beach in the centre.
Accommodating six people comfortably, this apartment has two double bedrooms and
two bathrooms. The en suite bathroom has a bath. The second bathroom has a
shower.
The main bathroom, which is provided with towels, is an en-suite to the main
bedroom, which has double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen
and goose down inner duvets are also provided. The lounge has a double sleeper
couch.
The apartment is fully furnished, with the aim of making your stay as
comfortable as possible. It has a colour TV, CD/DVD player, radio, washing
machine and dishwasher. The furniture throughout is of high quality.
In addition, the kitchen has a solid granite work top, as well as utensils,
appliances and cutlery.
The apartment is situated within a secure complex and has an electronic safe. It
also has a designated parking bay behind a secure enclosure.
A daily housekeeper can be arranged for an additional expense to the occupant.
