Sunnyhill House is self catering and is one of the houses in our
complex. It is Italian tiled throughout and has three separate bedrooms, the
first has a double bed with extra length, the second has 2 three quarter size
beds and the third has a queen size bed. There are two large bathrooms, 2
toilets and a separate shower, private swimming pool, large kitchen with fridge,
stove, eyelevel oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, stainless steel pots and
pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are also provided. It has a large lounge
with TV with DSTV Hotel Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Super
Sports channels and all Standard SABC Channels). Comfortable upmarket beds,
extensive cupboard space and friendly communal pub with private braai area,.
Bedding is upmarket with fresh & clean sheets and duvets, linen is changed
weekly and towels are provided and changed every three days. SLEEPS 6 (sharing)
although there is also a queen size bed brought in to sleep 8, if required, at
an extra cost.
The gardens are well kept and picturesque and both pools are well maintained on
a daily basis. and friendly communal pub with private braai area,.
Sunset House is one of the houses in our complex. It has two separate
bedrooms, both have queen size beds. There is a bathroom and shower and two
toilets, large kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, pots,
pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware. It has a large lounge with leather lounge
suite and a queen size bed. a dining room with dining table and chairs. It
has a TV with DSTV Hotel Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Super
Sports channels and all Standard SABC Channels) in the lounge. There is ample
cupboard space throughout. The complex has a communal pub with two swimming
pools, and entertainment area, Bedding is fresh & clean, linen is provided and
changed weekly and towels are provided and changed every three days. The gardens
are well kept and picturesque and both swimming pools are well maintained on a
daily basis. This particular house has a roofed outside veranda with table and
chairs, which makes it private to have a braai. Secure Parking is provided for
this unit, off street behind electronic gates. This can accommodate 6 people
sharing.
Sundowner Cottage is airconditioned in both rooms and is one of the
cottages in our complex it is self catering and overlooks the communal pub,
entertainment area and communal salt water swimming pool with water fall. It is
clean, tastefully and fully furnished with Italian tiles throughout and has
secure parking behind electronic gates, fully fitted kitchen, fridge with
stove, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, all you need is your clothes
and food. There is a double bed in the furnished lounge with TV with DSTV Hotel
Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Super sports channels and all
Standard SABC Channels) in every cottage. 2 separate three-quarter size beds in
separate bedroom the beds are comfortable with fresh clean bedding and towels
(changed frequently), en-suite bathroom with separate shower, bath, basin and
toilet, ample cupboard space. Sundowner Cottage has an upstairs loft off the
main bedroom with a double bed. The picturesque gardens as well as the two pools
are well maintained on a daily basis, this cottage sleeps 4 or 5 (sharing) or 4
not sharing beds
Sunshine Cottage is upmarket, clean and tastefully and fully furnished.
It is air conditioned in both rooms. It is self catering and is Italian tiled
throughout with secure under cover parking in private carport leading into the
cottage with, fully fitted kitchen fridge, stove, microwave. Lounge with TV with
DSTV Hotel Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Super sports channels
and all Standard SABC Channels) leading into open plan kitchen. The bedroom has,
2 comfortable three quarter size beds and the large lounge has another 2
comfortable three quarter size beds all with fresh clean bedding together with
lounge furniture, en - suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, toilet and wash
hand basin. Ample cupboard space and sundeck overlooking rock surround swimming
pool and pub with braai area, bedding, towels, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery
provided. Sleeps 4 guests in 4 three quarter size beds in 2 separate rooms.
Sunnyside Cottage is a self catering part open plan cottage with TV and
DSTV Hotel Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Supersports channels
and all Standard SABC Channels) in every cottage, This is our newest cottage. It
is clean, tastefully and fully furnished with genuine African paintings on the
walls, Italian tiles throughout with secure parking behind electronic gates,
fully fitted kitchen with granite working tops, fridge and stove with under
counter oven and cooker hood, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, all you
need is your clothes and food, large furnished lounge with genuine leather couch
comfortable queen size bed in bedroom & three quarter bed in lounge, fresh clean
bedding, linen and towels provided, en-suite off separate bedroom with shower,
basin and toilet, ample cupboard space. We have two pools and a friendly pub
with braai area. This unit has an outside veranda with table and chairs The
picturesque gardens are well maintained on a daily basis. This is a 2 to 3
sleeper (sharing) or 2 sleeper not sharing)
Sunrise Cottage is a self catering two sleeper cottage with one queen
size bed. It is a studio flat with fully fitted kitchen fridge, microwave pots,
pans crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle and
it has its own separate entrance. It has a lounge with couch and TV with DSTV
Hotel Bouquet (allowing M.Net, Movie Magic 1 & 2, All Super sports channels and
all Standard SABC Channels), an open plan kitchen separated by a bar counter and
2 bar chairs. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. Parking is
secure behind electronic Gates. The picturesque gardens are well maintained on a
daily basis there is an outside table and chairs for a braai. (sleeps couple
sharing). We have a communal Pub, an entertainment area and two swimming pools
and attractive gardens which are maintained on a daily basis.
