Shelly Beach ski boat club is next to Summer Place. You can launch ski boats from the club. There is various charters, for example deep sea fishing, whale watching and deep sea diving.
The tidal pool located in front of the ski boat club is ideal for kids to play in and exploring the rock pools. Or you can just relax on the beach.
Shelly beach shopping center is in a 5 minute walking distance from Summer Place. You can find all the big shops from clothing stores, banks, movies and many other shops. There is a doctor located two blocks from the flat.
Kids will enjoy freedom of playing on the grass directly in front of the unit. There is a Jungle Jim, slide, swings and a swimming pool to help keep the kids entertained. One can take long quiet walks on the beach, collecting shells and just relax.
Summer Place is an ideal holiday destination. Experience the sea from the comfort of your flat. You can hear the waves breaking while you sleep. Have breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea.
It is quiet and relaxing, but close to all the big shopping centres. Shelly Beach Centre (5 minutes walking distance), South Cost Mall (around 3km) and
Margate are located 7km south.
This unit is well situated for people that like fishing, as it is around 40 meters from the sea. It is next to the Shelly Beach Small Craft Port. All the charters can be booked there.
The unit can accommodate a maximum number of 6 people (complex rules).
- In each bedroom there is a double bed and sufficient cupboard space.
- In the living room there is a double seater coach, two chairs, as well as two single beds. The TV has SABC 1, SABC 2, SABC 3, E-TV, M-NET, Movie Magic 1, Movie Magic 2, Hallmark, Boomerang, Discovery, Super Sport 1 and Super Sport 2.
- Unit is equipped with a modern kitchen, with utensils for 6 people.
- The main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second TV in the main bedroom.
- The second bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
- The main bedroom and also the living room lead onto the covered patio.
- This unit is great for a family with kids. It is on the ground, overlooking the kids playing area and garden.
- There are a few places to braai around the complex garden and pool. It is easy accessible from the unit, as it is located on the ground floor of the block.
