We are fortunate to live in one of the most spectacular and beautiful settings on earth. We offer three self catering apartments (year round) plus our house at certain periods, all North facing and set amongst huge granite boulders and the unique Cape fynbos.

We are set back about 200m from the sea and each unit has its own private entrance and spectacular uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean looking toward Robben Island in the distance. Ideal for holidays and business.

Unit A (lower level) accommodates 2 + 1 in an open plan studio layout with double bed, double sleeper couch, dining area, kitchenette and bathroom which contains a shower, toilet and basin. The unit is built into the 500 million year old granite boulders and the rock forms the rear wall of the unit!

Outside is a secluded patio, garden and braai area.

Unit B (upper level) accommodates 2 + 2 in two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). The bedrooms open off a living area with a bar type eating counter looking out over the Atlantic view. There is a bathroom as for Unit A, a kitchenette and a private outdoor balcony.

Unit C is a garden cottage completely separate to the main house. Accommodates 2 + 1. The bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, split level leads to a living area with sleeper couch, TV etc and well equipped kitchenette. Finishes are luxurious and the living room leads out to a timber deck overlooking the ocean.
House
Our house which can be interconnected to Unit B is available at certain times of the year. The accommodation then is 4 bedrooms , 2 living areas, 21/2 bathrooms , open plan kitchen/dining/living room opening onto timber decks overlooking the most spectacular views imaginable! This combination suitable for up to 8 guests

We are situated 20 minutes from Central Cape Town via a beautiful coast road. 5 Minutes from Hout Bay, with its beach, many restaurants, fishing harbour and many facilities. Llandudno is a secure secluded bay surrounded by mountains, with approximately 200 houses. We have one of the best beaches in Cape Town and we often have whales, Dolphins and Seals swimming on our doorstep.
