A piece of paradise
Surf and Turf is situated on the Southbroom golf course. Occasionally a ball literally crashes through a window. Fantastic views extend over the fairways onto the Indian Ocean. Watch the ocean, or watch the golfers. Views can be enjoyed from the lounge, the dining room, the covered veranda and the bedrooms. During most of the year whales and dolphins can be seen on a daily basis. There is a braai area and a separate TV lounge with fire place. Access to the beach is a walk across the fairways and straight onto the beach. The house has old world charm with parquet flooring and solid wooden furniture. It is not a modern home, but has all the necessary facilities and conveniences.

Accommodation
The house can accommodate up to ten  people. The main bedroom has spectacular views and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, the other rooms have twin beds. Additionally there is a guest toilet and another bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen and laundry area are fully equipped. Appliances consist of: washing machine, dryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, percolator, television and decoder. Bring your own DStv card.

Other activities
Within half an hour's drive you can find various reserves, hiking trails, picnic sites, bird watching, fishing, horse riding, bowls and tennis, abseiling at Oribi Gorge, crocodile farm, butterfly farm, coffee farm, Wild Coast casino, numerous shops, craft centers and restaurants.

Location
Southbroom is a tranquil little village in the heart of the Golf Coast, one hour from Durban International airport. Visitors enjoy the tropical climate, beaches and golf at the scenic courses along the coast.
