Arthur & Roshni Gemperle welcome guests to their warm and homely Swiss House.

Location
It is ideally situated in Winston Park, Gillitts, 5 minutes away from Hillcrest & Kloof and only 30 minutes away from the high humidity of the Durban coastline.

Accommodation
Our home is set in a lovely tropical garden with a tennis court, large pool, braai facilities & jungle gym. There is also a TV lounge with an open fireplace. On request one can choose DStv in their bedroom. We have a large room with en-suite bath & shower, bar fridge & microwave. Our bed-only cottage newly built has a large TV lounge, with a kitchenette and a spacious double bedroom with a luxurious bathroom including a shower and bath. Furthermore there are 2 double sleeper couches in the lounge for 4 persons to share if required. Guests may enjoy the comfort of our lovely bar as long as they provide their own alcohol.

Amenities & Tourist Attractions
We are close to shopping malls, country clubs, golf course, horse riding, restaurants, pubs, nature reserves for hiking, waterfalls & picnics. The very popular entertainment for our guests is the famous Valley of the 1000 Hills with breath taking views where you would follow the beat of the traditional drums and enjoy the Zulu dancers and explore their ethnic life style. The Heritage Market is 5 minutes away by car with interesting shops and restaurants. We are 10 minutes from Kranzkloof Gorge and Shongweni Nature Reserve and Dam. For those that are into viewing the big game we have the Tala Game Park, which is 30 minutes away by car.

Besides offering an unforgettable stay, Arthur who is an experienced pilot enjoys taking our guests for Gyrocopter flights & game viewing, paragliding, water-skiing, windsurfing & fishing.
