Our newly built, self-catering apartment, overlooking the Strand Bowling Club and 5 minutes walk from the beach, has been stylishly decorated and furnished to provide superb comfort and luxury. It provides ideal holiday accommodation for families or to share with friends. (124 square metres) It is within walking distance from numerous shops, restaurants, laundry services and medical facilities.

An open-plan kitchen, which is well fitted with modern stainless steel appliances, stove, fridge and microwave oven, leads to a spacious lounge/dining room area.

All cutlery and crockery are provided. The apartment has two colour television sets(one in main bedroom) with satellite channel DSTV. The dining room leads out on to a patio, with a built-in BBQ(braai) via a sliding door. Towels and linen are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The Greens 32, which is patrolled with 24 hour security, offers safe parking in front of the building as well as a lock-up garage. Access to the apartment is controlled by a security gate ensuring privacy and security.

The Greens is in an ideal location for sightseeing trips in the area - Cape Town is a 30 min drive(20 min to airport)away. The beautiful town of Stellenbosch is a 15 min drive north and tours to the wineries can easily be accommodated. The Strand is surrounded with the most popular hiking trails, the well-known Helderberg Nature Reserve and is a real mecca for all sport- and nature lovers.

The area is a golfer's paradise - the apartment is surrounded by world class golf courses,i.e. Erinvale Golf Estate, Strand- and Somerset West Golf Courses.
