The Swallows is a newly built three-bedroomed house, available to rent as a luxury self-catering unit for a maximum of six people. It has a swimming pool, and is only 220m from the beach, a two minute walk.

The Accommodation Comprises:

• The master bedroom with a king-size bed, door to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
• A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a door to the balcony.
• A third bedroom with twin beds.
• All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and mirrors.
• A bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
• A large balcony with sea and hill views.
• A double garage with remote-controlled door.
• Kitchen with a dishwasher, fitted oven and hob and a large fridge/freezer.
• Laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Downstairs toilet.
• Dining area open plan to the kitchen with sliding glass doors to a covered patio.
• Living area with comfortable seating, a television, DVD player and a radio/CD and sliding glass doors lead to the patio.
• A safe enclosed back garden with a swimming pool, 8m by 3.5m.
• All bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Little Brak is a tranquil village where the river flows into the sea. It has a fine sandy beach, a small shop and a restaurant.

It is a ten minute drive from Mossel Bay, where you can visit the Diaz Museum and the Post Office Tree, set off on boat trips to see seals, sharks and whales, go surfing and enjoy meals at many good restaurants.

An hour's drive away is Oudtshoorn, with the world famous Cango Caves, ostrich farms and the Cheetah Park.

The local airport is at Knysna through lovely countryside and along a breathtaking coastline.

At nearby Botlierskop there are game-viewing drives, and all along the Garden Route many opportunities to see dolphins, whales, and a variety of birdlife. There is also sea and river fishing, bungee jumping, paragliding, several golf courses, the list goes on.
