We are nestled atop the mountain,Wilderness Village, on a 3ha
private estate. Enjoy 180° sea and mountain views surrounded by tranquil
countryside and indigenous forest. Nature at her best. Experience awesome
sunrises and sunsets with only the sound of the ocean and bird life to lull you
into total relaxation.
A short 5-minute drive brings you into the village with its quaint atmosphere of
shops, restaurants and our unique weekly Friday market. Long pristine beaches to
soak up the sun or to enjoy a romantic sunset stroll. The Wilderness National
Park offers many walks, hiking trails & canoe trips to the waterfalls, or view
the Map of Africa. For the adventurous, paragliding (tandem with instructor),
abseiling, diving, horse riding, mountain biking, dingy sailing at Island lake,
surfing, snorkeling and much more. Golf enthusiasts have Pezula, Oubaai,
Fancourt and George golf courses nearby. View Southern Right Whales from various
vantage points during the months of June to September.
We then pamper you in luxury with 1 or 2 bedroom self-catering apartments fully
furnished, extra length beds with percale linen, bath towels (bring own beach
towels), kitchenettes, dining & lounge area, private entrance & deck. Bathroom
with shower / wc and basin. All units have stunning views. Units are serviced
daily except Sundays.
Non-smoking environment, however smoking is allowed outside.
We are ideally located to explore the garden route and surrounding area. Knysna
and Mossel Bay both approx. ½ hr away. Oudtshoorn, Cango caves only 1 hr away.
