A luxury, upmarket 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with air-conditioning,
ceiling fans and under cover parking. Main bedroom has a double bed, ceiling
fan, a wall safe for your valuables and en-suite bathroom with a shower. 2nd
bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan. 3rd bedroom has two single beds and
a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a bath. All bedrooms are comfortably
furnished and all the bedroom linen is supplied - no need to bring your own
linen.
The lounge has a TV with full DStv (no need to bring your own smart card) and is
air-conditioned. The lounge leads off to the undercover, outside patio, through
sliding doors and is equipped with patio chairs and a table. The kitchen is
fully equipped.
This newly built complex is very safe and secure. There are communal braai
facilities in the garden. The apartment is within close proximity to all
amenities including beaches - 400m to Uvongo swimming beach, restaurants,
shopping centres, the highway and airport.
Smoking restricted to patio area. No pets allowed. Bring own bath and beach
towels. The unit will be serviced before arrival and on the day of departure.
