Two Views is located in the tranquil seaside village of Pennington, and only
a 400 meter walk to the beach. This modern house sleeps up to 12 guests and
offers it's guests affordable luxury. It boasts lovely sea and river valley
views from it's elevated position, one road back from the beach where you can
swim, fish or snorkel or walk this beautiful stretch of un-spoilt beach.
This house sleeps a maximum of twelve people in the tastefully decorated six
bedrooms. Three of the six bedrooms have lovely sea views as does the living
area, kitchen and outside veranda. The main house has four bedrooms, there are
two twin rooms, one double room and a main bedroom with king-size bed and
en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The open plan living area has leather loungers, gas heater, ceiling fan, T.V,
DVD player with surround sound system (with DSTV connected - please bring own
card and decoder (not PVR) which leads to the dining area with 6 seater dining
table and chairs. The outside terrace has a further 8 table seating area with
umbrella and weber braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless gas hob
and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, wine rack, washing machine.
The apartment downstairs has a further two bedrooms, there is a double and twin
room both with built-in cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with
shower. The open plan lounge and dining area has a 4 seater dining table, corner
lounge suite and T.V & DVD player.
All bed linen is provided. Guests will need to bring their own bath and beach
towels.
The house is secure, fully walled, alarmed with armed response, has an electric
gate, two double garages and has a large garden with under cover braai area.
Pennington is considered the little jewel of the south coast. It boasts one of
the finest remaining protected coastal forests. It is blessed with wonderful
indigenous trees and abundant birds, wild life and miles of unspoilt beach.
Pennington offers our visitors long, lazy days on tranquil beaches. In addition
to beach bathing and surfing along the coastline, snorkelers have some
magnificent sites at Kelso, Umdoni Point. If angling is your pleasure, there are
plenty of opportunities to catch a big one either deep-sea, off the rocks or in
the surf. Pennington is also an ideal golfers destination as it boosts two
fantastic Golf Courses and an amazing Driving Range with superb putting greens.
The local village of Pennington has all the amenities anyone would require; Two
mini supermarkets & bakeries, pub, cafes, restaurant, pharmacy, bottle store,
various craft, furniture shops, ATM, and internet cafe to name a few.
Two views caters for friends and families who like to have all the luxuries of
home on holiday.
