serviced by a full bathroom and two additional restrooms.

- We offer a reliable network of housekeepers, which will ensure that
the house is neat, tidy and clean before you get there, during your stay
and once you leave.

- Vermont Villa contains all the appliances one might need to make
your stay trouble-free, including major items such as a washing machine,
tumble dryer and dishwasher, as well as a handy wine cooler to keep your
wine at the exact right drinking temperature.
3. Security:
- We know that security is high on your list of priorities, and we
have taken this into account by installing a state-of-the-art security
system, connected to an armed response unit. Upon making booking we will
inform you as to the working of this system. Although every effort is
made to keep you and your belongings in safe hands, please make sure to
keep all valuable items safely packed away in the safe provided.

- Even though this is a self-catering home, we will gladly fill your
fridge with some of the necessities needed for the first night of your
stay, should you foresee the possibility of arriving late and not be
able to get to the shops on time. By simply ordering a voucher to the
value of your choice, we will ensure that there is something refreshing
to eat and drink when you reach your destination.
- We also supply wood to be used in the indoor fireplace.

- Upon booking with us, we will make relevant arrangements with
tenants to hand over keys to the house.
7. Please Note:
- No smoking is permitted within Vermont Villa, and no pets are
allowed. The home may not be used as an events venue.
