This privately owned villa, situated on the 14th fairway of the Selborne golf
course, offers secure, self-catering accommodation for eight people. It has two
en-suite bedrooms with king size beds, while the other two bedrooms each have
two single beds and share a bathroom. There is, in addition, a guest toilet.
The living area is open plan, and includes a sitting room, dining area (for 8-10
people) and a TV room (with DStv). Double doors open onto a patio which has
seating space for 8 -10 people as well as a fitted gas braai. The garden is
relatively private and provides ample space for children to play. The natural
bush and beautiful trees nearby encourage a diverse birdlife, while resident
bushbuck and duikers are regular visitors in the evenings.
The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and has a fridge and bar fridge, while
further fridge and freezer space is available in the garage. The washing machine
and tumble dryer are in the triple garage, which also houses the golf cart that
is available for guests use.
The estate has tennis courts, swimming pools, restaurants, a golf academy, a
spa, babysitting facilities and a kiddies play area all within easy walking
distance of the villa. Guests also have access to a private beach club with its
own swimming pool.
The estate offers 24-hour security and while housekeeping is included for one
day a week, extra help can be organised through the estate.
No smoking is permitted in the villa.
