area, with pool in secluded garden. Pet friendly for small dogs only.

- Smell the roses at the botanical gardens with its world renown orchid house.
- The nearby Umgeni Bird Park has the best "free flight" show in Africa with hourly shows of indigenous hawks, owls, fish eagles, falcons and many other species.
- The Essenwood Road Craft Market on Saturdays is also well worth a visit.
