Villa Via lies directly opposite the up-market "Village Walk Mall", a shopping and entertainment centre, and it is less than 1 minute drive from the famous Sandton City Nelson Mandela Square - with world class shopping. Across the road from Nelson Mandela Square is the Sandton Convention Centre, where the 2010 Soccer World Cup delegations and nerve centre are going to be hosted.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite has a spacious living and entertaining area with fully-equipped kitchen and the option of a ground-floor garden unit or 1st floor with balcony. Both units have the latest state of the art silent air-conditioner/heater/de-humidifier to ensure total comfort and superb sleep in Joburg's cold winters and sweltering summers. There is also under-floor heating in the apartment. Extra mattresses are available - at no extra charge- for larger families/groups. Our guests say they immediately feel at home at Villa Via, and are amazed how quiet it is, despite being right in the hub of Sandton. One of the biggest advantages is not having to sit in the notorious JHB traffic, you are right where it's all at.
