We are nestled in the heart of Waterkloof, and cater for the solitary
traveler as well as for a family of four. Peaceful and private, the flatlets
offer a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere aimed at making your stay a memorable
one. The streets are lined with Jacaranda trees, which blanket the suburb with
their purple flowers in springtime. The whole neighborhood has a quiet, peaceful
charm. Dining, shopping and entertainment locations are a stones-throw away.

We have 3 flatlets, each with its own private entrance, two with outside sitting
areas and one with a balcony over a court yard.
The facilities are superb, with all your needs catered for. The DSTV Hotel Plan
and 107 cm flat TV screens ensure that you can enjoy many of your favorite
programs. There is shaded, under cover parking for your car on the property.
No smoking is allowed in the rooms.
Each flatlet has a bedroom with an extra large king size bed. The bathroom has a
bath as well as a separate shower facility and hand wash basins. The kitchenette
is well equipped with a four-plate hob, normal size fridge, microwave and all
other conveniences necessary for self-catering.
The open plan dining area has a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals,
or use it as a working space. The lounge areas of two of the flatlets have two
extra sleeping spaces. The beds are of very good quality, selected with your
comfort in mind.
Two of the flatlets accommodate 1- 4 persons, and the third one with similar
amenities has a king-size bed and accommodates 1-2 persons.
