Whispering Waves is situated in the tranquil
beautiful area of Leisure Bay. Leisure Bay offers beautiful white shark-netted
beaches for swimmers, sun seekers, surfers and fishermen, sub tropical dune
forests and sheltered bays with lifeguards on duty on weekends and season times.
Whispering Waves is situated approximately 250 metres from the main beach. This
well equipped family home is within walking distance to the beach, clean and
comfortable and is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with queen
size bed and the other with two single beds and a bunk bed. Both with plenty of
cupboard space. This home can accommodate up to 7 people maximum. The kitchen is
well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and
dishwasher, and breakfast bar seating 6 people. Each bedroom has it own en-suite
bathroom. There is a small lock up safe in the main bedroom. This home has all
the comforts you will ever need. Small pets are allowed. The house is fully
alarmed and secure.
The entertainment area of the house has a lounge area, a dining area, a pool
table and TV with a DStv decoder with the Premium Bouquet (all TV channels). New
decoders don't work with other smart cards. This leads out onto
a patio with a large wooden table and benches and a fully equipped braai area.
There is a lock up garage as well as under cover parking and a fully fenced
secure garden, the outside of the house is completely lit up.
Bring your own towels, beach towels, food, groceries, kitchen towels, dishwashing
liquid, toilet rolls, toiletries and charcoal. Bed linen, beach chairs are
supplied.
For safety reasons, No Smoking is permitted in the house.
We are a Gay Friendly establishment.
Shopping
Port Edward is close by, being only 7km away has a variety of shops,
chemist, doctors and banks. The larger shopping malls at Margate and Shelly
Beach are a mere 15 minutes drive away.
What to do
Leisure Bay is only 15km from the Wild Coast Casino and within close proximity
of top class golf courses. In addition there is horse riding, rock climbing, jet
skiing, whale watching, Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, diving excursions. Also The
Riverbend Croc Farm and Butterfly Farm are only 15 minutes away. The Oribi Gorge
is 20 minutes away offering top class bungee jumping and abseiling. There is
also a variety of top class restaurants all within easy driving distance.
Payments
A breakage deposit is required which is refundable, plus an administration fee
which is not refundable.
No credit cards are accepted. A 50% deposit is required on accepting bookings,
with full payment to be made 2 weeks before occupation takes place. Payments to be made via
bank deposit or internet banking.
