This 3 bedroom, 8 sleeper home is a wonderful architect designed beach home
with panoramic views. The home is fully furnished with all modern amenities. It
is situated in a secure estate with safety a key feature. The absolutely
beautiful beach is only 500m away.
This beautifully appointed home has the feel of being outdoors when you open up
to the world outside. With 80% of the house built with glass and cascade sliding
doors this house is designed for the beach holiday! The house is open plan with
sea views on a panoramic basis. There are also wonderful views of the
surrounding sugar cane fields. The house has 4 showers, 2 outdoors. 2 bathrooms
and 3 WCs. The kitchen is modern throughout and offers all manner of appliance
for your ease of purpose. A cleaner can also be provided at an additional
charge. The bedrooms have 2 queen sized and 1 king sized bed. There is a 2 bed
convertible sleeper downstairs for children. This makes the house an 8 sleeper,
preferably with children as the 2 sleepers downstairs. They have air
conditioning throughout. Each bedroom has its own deck with full sea views. This
is a beautiful holiday home!

The house is located in a secure 24/7 gated and manned estate where safety and
security are paramount. The home is surrounded by decking and has loungers and
outdoor seating for that perfect laze in the sun. The estate clubhouse is
located 100m away with a 25m swimming pool, tennis court and club dining
facilities. The house comes with a modern gas barbeque. The home is geared
toward a wonderful holiday in the sun and sea. Zinkwazi is a very sleepy village
perfect for that get away from the city. The closest hub is Ballito about 25
mins away and Umhlanga around 40 mins away. The area is teeming with bird life
and is a short drive from the large game parks famous in Africa. Zinkwazi is on
the gateway to the most wonderful Game reserves which offer guaranteed viewings
of the big 5 (Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard and Rhino). The coastline is
equal to any world class beaches. They offer swimming, diving, deepsea fishing
and other water sports.
Everywhere needs a place like Zinkwazi. It feels wild but has the trappings of
civilisation, like a holiday town should. With the major sporting events
happening over the next two years World Cup soccer and British Lions) it is a
perfect location to have a holiday as well. The beach - is one of
KwaZulu-Natal's finest and the lagoon - navigable for 7km upriver - is a
birder's Mecca.
