2024 Rates 20 Sept - 7 Oct PEAK - Min 7 x nights 2025 Rates: LOW SEASON: R1,800 per night. Min 3 x nights SEMI SEASON : R 2,400 per night. Min 5 x nights / Unless otherwise stated. 10 Jan - 18 Jan 20 Feb - 25 Feb / 4 x nights 20 March - 16 April EASTER WEEKEND: Min 4 x nights - 17 - 22 April Min 4 x nights : R3,700 per night 22 April - 4 May 13 June - 21 July 8 Aug - 1 Sept 19 Sept - 20 Oct 28 Nov - 15 Dec PEAK SEASON: Min 7 x nights. R 4,300 per night: 15 DEC - 11 Jan 2026 11 Jan - 19 Jan. 2026 / Semi An Additional R300 management and cleaning fee is charged per booking. There is also a Refundable Breakage Deposit of R1500 charged. Refunded 2 x days after departure should all be in order. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| 50% deposit required immediately. Full payment required to secure dates for late bookings. Monthly financial arrangements can be discussed if necessary, but deposits must be paid in full. All balances to be paid on or before 3 weeks prior to occupation - keys will not be handed over unless all monies have been paid. Cash, EFT or Cash on Arrival deposits will be charged bank fees applicable to the transaction |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellation for bookings will only be considered for reimbursement 1 month before occupation (a cancellation/admin fee of R500 will be charged) |

| Arrival - 14h00 Departure - 09h00 These times are negotiable |
| Rules/Conditions |
| No smoking in apartment - large covered verandah available. Nothing to be hung over railings of apartment. Nothing to be thrown over railings e.g. cigarette butts or anything else. Body Corporate rules no swimming or excessive noise after 22h00 as courtesy to other guests. Please leave apartment as you would wish to find it |
