| The use of this lodge (no. 25 Cyferfontein, Mabalingwe) and the surrounds ("the Lodge") by the guest of the Lodge, his family and his invitees (collectively and individually referred to as "the Guests") is at their own risk, the owner of the Lodge ("the Owner") not being liable for any theft, injury, death or damage to property, arising from any cause, suffered by the Guests. The Guests hereby indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against all claims, damages and costs suffered by the Owner arising from the Guests use of the Lodge or being present at the Lodge |
