This property is ideal for a group of friends or family that want to go on holiday and enjoy each other's company. The property consists of 4 units. You will find that the property is fenced off, with good security and offers off-street parking. A big bonus is that it is walking distance from the beach (150m) and lagoon(40m) or if you prefer swimming closer to home then you can enjoy the pool on the property. @28Kabeljauws is situated in a quiet neighborhood 5 km from the main beach. Kabeljauws beach is a gem that is mostly known by locals. It is very popular amongst the fishermen, kitesurfing, windsurfing and horseback riding crowd. Swimming in the lagoon with families of young kids is a must. There is a long stretch of beach that is perfect for swimming and during peak season you will find lifeguards overlooking the beach
