Rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms Of Payment

50 % of your total accommodation cost is due within 3 days of acceptance in order to secure your booking. ( For stays of longer than a week, kindly contact owner for a 3 part payment should you prefer that option.). The outstanding amount is due 21 days prior to occupation. R 1000 refundable breakages deposit is also due with you final payment.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made for cancellations more than 45 days prior to occupation, minus bank charges. 50 % refund will be made for bookings which are cancelled 21 days in advance. No refund will be given for cancellations thereafter.

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrival : 2 pm - 5.30 pm
Departure : 8 am - 9.30 am

Rules/Conditions

A discounted rate of R 1400 per night will be charged for 1 or 2 people only.
