Please Note: Sleeps 4 adults comfortably.

Deposit & Booking Policy

• 50% deposit payable on confirmation.
• 100% payable if less than 30 days to date of arrival.
• Full amount due to be settled before arrival.

Cancellation

• Less than 7 days, forfeit the full amount
• From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75%
• From 14 to 28 days & more, forfeit 50%

Other conditions

• Bring own beach towels and toiletries.
• Smoking allowed on balcony only.
• All windows to be closed and appliances/lights switched off when out.
• Abide by Body Corporate rules.
• Small pets allowed (by prior arrangement).
• Notification of expected time of arrival and departure for key handover.
• Check-in Time: 14h00
• Check-out Time: 10h00
• R100.00 per day if cleaning is required. (no laundry included).
• R500.00 breakage/key  deposit payable on arrival.
• Parking at R50.00 per night (24-hour security).
