Terms Of Payment

• A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking to secure the dates requested. An EFT and proof of payment must be made within 48 hours of confirming a booking otherwise the booking will lapse. The balance of the amount must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival otherwise the booking will automatically lapse. Cash is not acceptable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. This deposit is fully refundable should the cancellation request be made 6 weeks prior to the first day of arrival. If the booking is cancelled between 2-6 weeks prior to arrival, half of the deposit paid is refundable

Arrival & Departure Times

• Arrival time: 2pm - 5:30pm earlier or later by prior arrangement
• Departure time: 10am

Rules/Conditions

• A R1000 Breakage deposit is required
• This is a Non Smoking unit, it is acceptable to smoke outside on the patio
