| Rates Low Season: (all remaining dates) R2200 Mid Season: (Govt. school holidays) R2950 High Season: (Long weekends/First week of December/Mid-January to end of January) R3200 Peak Season: (Easter including week before and after) /Christmas including 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after)/New Year (including 1 week before and 1 week after) R3500 Rates are subject to change without notice Deposit Quotations/Enquiries are valid for 3 days. 50% deposit of the total cost secures your booking. Should no deposit be received within 3 days, your booking will become null and void. 50% Balance of the total cost is required 14 days prior to the date of arrival by means of cash deposit and electronic transfers only. Minimum Stay 2 Nights Cancellation Policy Cancellation up to 30 days before occupation – a refund of 25% will be made. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made. NO REFUND FOR PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS. If available, we are quite willing to re-schedule your booking to a more suitable date, however, this will depend on availability of the unit at that time. Arrival & Departure Times Unless agreed in advance, arrival should be from 2:00 p.m. and departure 10:00 a.m. Rules/Conditions No bookings will be acceptable should there not be an Adult aged over 21 years with the party staying in the apartment. Entry will not be allowed on arrival at the complex should payment in full, including the Breakages Deposit, not have been received in our bank account. No keys will be handed over unless full payment has been received. No Cash Will be accepted in lieu of payment. Any complaints regarding the conduct of anyone staying in the apartment may result in security escorting everyone off the property and no refund being made. Full Code Of Conduct Rules and Regulations will be provided with confirmation of any reservations. Apart from those originally booked into the apartment, no additional visitors are allowed to stay over / sleep over in the apartment. Bath towels are provided, but kindly bring own beach towels. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT- please smoke outside. Unfortunately PETS are not allowed. Day visitors are allowed but may not stay over without prior arrangement. Only 2 vehicles parking are allocated per apartment. The Owners and/or the Dorado Bay Body Corporate will not be responsible for any theft, injury or any other claims of whatsoever nature, under any circumstances whatsoever. (The Body Corporate Rules will apply to all Guests and their visitors). |
