• No smoking in the house / studios. Ashtrays are provided for smoking on the patio.

• No moving of furniture including moving of chairs / benches to the swimming pool.

• Bath towels are not to be used at the beach or swimming pools.
  Kindly provide your own.

• Do not place foreign objects in the toilets, bins are provided in the bathrooms.

• Please close all door and windows when you are not nearby, as the monkeys will raid
  the house / studios looking for food.

• Please do not remove Tupperware, bowls, plates, glasses etc from the house / studios.

• Kindly switch off the air conditioning units when you leave the house / studios.

• Please respect your neighbours and keep noise levels down after 10pm. 

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk

Failure to adhere to the above may result in you losing part / full value of your security deposit.
