Unfortunately no debit, credit cards or cheques accepted.
Balance payments to be done a week before the visit.
A discount can be negotiated for long stays.

Less than 7 days forfeit the full amount
7-14 days forfeit 75%
15-21 days forfeit 50%
22-28 days forfeit 25%

Arrivals form 14:00 or earlier if pre-arranged
Departure 10:00 or later if pre-arranged

No Smoking inside the Homestead or Cottage.
Reservoir with fresh mountain water or dam for swimming in at your own risk
Pet friendly on request - Both houses
Pets need to be well trained, have their own sleeping blankets, do not jump onto furniture or sleep on beds/ couches and are 'flea free'. We reserve the right to hold you responsible for any damage caused by your pets. The pets may not be allowed to roam unaccompanied on the farm outside the enclosed back garden.
