Terms Of Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due on, or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation on day of arrival or during the stay - forfeit the total booking value.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to check in date - forfeit 50%
Cancellation 14 - 28 days prior to check in date - forfeit 25%
Refunds and waiver of the cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the suites.
