1 Bedroom Studio with partial sea views - Sleeps 2

The studio is our smallest unit at 60m2 split 30m2 inside the unit plus an additional 30m2 outside deck
It does not have a sea view from inside the apartment.
However it does have glorious sea & mountain view from THE DECK OUTSIDE.
This is therefore reflected in the much lower price charged & perfect for guests on a lower budget.
The Outside deck has a weber braai plus table & chairs to take in the views .Also  has power to charge your phone or laptop if needed plus outside lights for those lovely summer nights.
The communal Pool is for all guests to enjoy.
Inside the apartment it has a fully fitted kitchen with 4 plate hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & kettle etc.
It also has a washing machine for guests staying longer. It has a shower, WC & basin.
It has a small dining area  with  dining table ,leather chair, standard chair & chest of drawers
The 70 inch SMART TV has NETFLIX , You Tube & DSTV access with guests just needing to input their own passwords etc.  It also has fast Fibre High Speed Internet.
The bedroom area has a Queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lights plus wardrobe.
