Cape St. Blaize is a wonderful North facing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town-house perched on top of a hill overlooking the Historic Town of Mossel Bay. The house is open plan with sweeping views over the Bay and Mountains as well as easy access to the center of town, beaches and the famous Point Lighthouse. The “St. Blaize Walking Trail” is on your doorstep which offers access to the Mossel Bay Zip line, Point Village and the coastal trails. The house is located in a quiet residential area offering the tranquility needed for a restful stay.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely enclosed “stoep” are on the first floor with stunning North Facing views. The main bedroom with ensuite and double room opens out onto the enclosed stoep with double and twin bedroom sharing the main bathroom.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that also opens up onto a terrace with built in BBQ. The scullery comes with washing machine, dryer and two dishwashers.

The front of the property has a small garden and lawn for kids to enjoy and to make your pets feel welcome.

There is a garage as well as a secure parking bay behind gates for ease of mind.
