Rates: Max 8 guests Other seasons require a minimum of 3 nights except for peak season which requires a minimum of 5 nights. OUT OF SEASON OUT OF SEASON 2 NIGHT BOOKING EASTER R3500 p/n LONG WEEKENDS Min 3 nights - R3000.00 p/n for up to 6 people - extra R200 per extra person per night. PEAK SEASON Refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 payable with every booking. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| 50 % of total amount to be paid as deposit to confirm booking Balance to be paid 6 weeks before occupation date. For booking made 6 months or more in advance, payment maybe made in 3 or 4 payments as per quotation. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| If booking not cancelled within 6 weeks of due date , 50 % of total amount ie deposit will be forfeited if no replacement booking.If replacement booking found 25 % off total amount will be forfeited. |
