Terms Of Payment
50% deposit on booking - balance payable 3 weeks prior to arrival via internet banking or direct deposit
- To guarantee booking deposit must be paid within 48 hours
- No credit card facilities
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable
If cancelled less than 30 days in advance, 50% of the total booking will be refunded provided the booking can be filled.
Arrival & Departure Times
Check-in - 14h00
Check-out - 10h00
Rules/Conditions
- A minimum stay of two nights, peak season minimum stay 7 nights
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed in house
- Cleaning provided once during a 7 day period
- Self-catering only
