| RATES Out of Season: R1650 per night (6 people max) Semi Season: R2050.00 per night (6 people max) In Season: R2850.00 per night (6 people max) Peak Season: R4050. 00 per night (6 people max) DEPOSIT A R500,00 key/breakage deposit is payable. On departure the inventory will be checked, and the cost of all breakages will be deducted from this amount. The remainder will be refunded. CANCELLATION POLICY No cancellations or existing reservation bookings are exchangeable or to be carried over or moved to a new date. In the case of the death or hospitalization of the person for whom the reserved booking was made, a refund will be considered. Refunds for cancellations will only be made according to length of notice of cancellation as follows: Cancellation: 0-21 days before date of arrival, or no show, visitor forfeits 100% of amount paid. Cancellation: 21- 30 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 75% of amount paid. Cancellation: 30+ days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 50% of amount paid. In the event of premature departure, we charge for the full original booking. |
